Claptrap is Back !

Claptrap is back with Second Guessing, a new album set for release this autumn on UJNSQ. To celebrate the announcement, the track Shrug Emoji ¯_(ツ)_/¯ is available now on all streaming platforms.

CLAPTRAP presents Second Guessing, a second album of tropical, danceable and experimental pop. Formed by songwriter, singer and guitarist Eric Pasquereau — best known for his work with Papier Tigre, La Colonie de Vacances and The Patriotic Sunday — alongside multi-instrumentalists Julien Chevalier and Paul Loiseau (La Terre Tremble!!!, Borja Flames), and recently joined by keyboardist and vocalist Elia Guérin (JoGo, Bleu Shinobi), CLAPTRAP has spent more than six years exploring the boundaries of inventive orchestral pop, driven as much by melodic songwriting as by sonic experimentation.
