Phantoms

Eddie Ladoire, composer and plastic artist, meets Pierre Bastien, an emblematic figure of the french experimental music scene to compose the soundtrack of an original choregraphy made of edited old movies of dancers from all times and spaces. 

Pierre Bastien’s distinctive sound made of motors, meccano sculptures, home-made cylinder synth, hijacked turntable and unlikely flugelhorn meets the keyboards and electronics of Eddie Ladoire playing alternately hectic improvisations, dark drones and strange melodies. They offer us the perfect soundtrack of a Phantoms choregraphy
